This notice explains how Purple Loop uses the personal information you give us through this website, purple-loop.co.uk.

Who we are

Purple Loop Ltd is the controller of your information. We're registered in England, company number 08069332, and our registered office is 195 High Street, Lye, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY9 8LH.

What we collect

If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, plus your company and telephone number if you add them. The service that handles the form also receives technical details your browser sends, such as your IP address, which it uses to filter out spam. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you send.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or, if you're asking about working with us, on taking steps you've asked for before entering into a contract. We don't use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our email:

• a form-handling service that receives enquiries from the contact form and passes them to us, based in the US;
• our email provider, which stores the messages we receive;
• our website host, which processes technical details such as IP addresses to deliver the pages.

They act only on our instructions. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, it's protected by standard data-protection safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses in our agreements with those providers. A list of the providers we use is available on request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete them within two years of our last contact with you.

Cookies

This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or tracking. The page fonts are loaded from a web font service, so your browser connects to that service, which sees your IP address.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the information we hold about you;
• correct anything that's wrong;
• delete your information;
• stop using your information (you can object at any time).

Email info@purple-loop.co.uk and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
